Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked via Instagram DM or WhatsApp or Square Booking Platform. Your appointment is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Deposit
A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in the $35 deposit being forfeited.
No shows also result in deposits being forfeited
Hair Requirements
To ensure the best results and a smooth appointment, please arrive with your hair:
● Washed and thoroughly dried
● Blow-dried or straightened
● Free from excessive product or buildup
Please ensure your hair is ready to braid before your appointment.
Communicate any sensitivities, scalp conditions or prior chemical treatments before service
